Meat Industry - AI Visual Recognition & Weighing Labeling

The 23rd China International Meat Industry Exhibition came to a successful conclusion recently. In this grand gathering of top enterprises and cutting-edge technologies in the global meat industry, Desigco with the theme of "Intelligent Recognition, Accurate Labeling and Empowering the Digital Future of the Meat Industry", presented a variety of AI visual recognition and automated labeling solutions, and explored the deep application of intelligent manufacturing in the meat processing field with many industry partners.

In this exhibition, Desigco focused on displaying a series of visual recognition and labeling systems for cold meat modified atmosphere packaging production line. We focus on the pain points of multi-SKU mixed production, dynamic weighing and labeling, real-time category recognition and label binding in the actual production line, and help customers realize the leap from "manual sorting and labeling" to "unmanned intelligent operation" by integrating high-precision industrial cameras, AI visual recognition algorithms and efficient printing and labeling devices.

Especially in fresh product segmentation, modified atmosphere packaging and finished product sorting, Desigco system can recognize product types in real time, automatically match label information, complete high-speed and high-precision labeling, and upload data to user MES/ERP system synchronously, which provides a solid data cornerstone for product quality traceability and production line efficiency analysis.
